What this site provides

CanMyPcPlay provides information about published PC system requirements and hardware specifications, and tools that compare them. It is an information service. It is not a guarantee of performance, and it is not a substitute for checking a publisher's own page before purchasing.

Accuracy disclaimer

We make a genuine effort to be accurate, and we are explicit about what is verified and what is not. However:

• Requirement data is transcribed from third-party sources and may be out of date, incomplete or incorrect.
• Relative performance indexes are editorial estimates, not benchmark results, and are labelled as such.
• Performance estimates are estimates. Real results vary with settings, drivers, thermals and the specific scene.
• Compatibility verdicts are opinions derived from published specifications, not guarantees.

Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Do not make a purchase decision on the basis of this site alone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-download the database in a way that degrades the service for others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its administration
• Submit false or malicious reports through our correction forms
• Use the site for anything unlawful

Rate limits apply to our API endpoints and may be adjusted without notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Intellectual property

Game and application names, logos, box art and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. They appear here for identification and reference. Hardware specifications are factual data. Our own database structure, compatibility engine, editorial content and relative performance indexes remain ours.
